Upcoming publications January – June 2013

2012 was a landmark year for Ikaros, as our first children’s books were published to great success. Dimitris Nollas and Vangelis Raptopoulos published their new works with Ikaros, whilst the number of available e-books increased significantly. In 2013, the Year of Cavafy, Ikaros celebrates its 70th anniversary, whilst the first titles in the series of contemporary foreign prose will also be presented. The first half of the year will also see the release of two new novels by Dimitris Nollas and Dorina Papaliou, whilst our children’s series will continue to be enriched with new titles by our favourite illustrators. We hope you find our publishing proposals for the new year interesting.POETRYNikos Karouzos: Oedipus the Tyrant, Edited by: Maria AlmiraThis book includes the poet’s early collections of poetry that have not been included in his collected works, poems that were published in the press but not included in poetry collections, and unpublished poems.Sakis Serfas: Yannis Maria Henrix, New poetry collectionGREEK PROSE Dimitris Nollas: The Journey to Greece, novelDorina Papaliou: The Essential Light, a novelFOREIGN PROSE Paolo di Paolo: Where Were You All, a novel, Translation: Antaios Chrysostomidis CORRESPONDENCE E.M.
