1946 - Only Hate

The end of the Occupation leaves Greece deeply wounded. The black market, inflation, and shortages of basic necessities plague the daily lives of Greeks. At the same time, the country is experiencing a deep political division. In December 1944, armed clashes break out in Athens between ELAS and government forces backed by the British. State reconstruction, the regime question, the punishment of collaborators, and the dilemma between the left and the regime will form an explosive framework for the country's future.

The new graphic novel in Thanasis Petrou's now-iconic series, which already counts five volumes: The Hostages of Görlitz (2019), 1922: The End of a Dream (2021), 1923: Hostile Homeland (2022), 1936: Collapsing Democracy (2024), 1941: Strictly Blackout (2025).
