Myrto Delivoria

Born in Athens in 1974. She has held three solo exhibitions in Athens and has taken part in seven group exhibitions. She works professionally as an illustrator. In 2006, she was awarded the Greek Children’s Book Circle Prize and the State Illustration Prize for the book *Stories for Children by Isaac Bashevis Singer* (published by Estia). In 2011, she was honoured with the EBGE Award and the Illustrated Children’s Book Award from the magazine Diavazo, and in 2012 with the State Award for Illustrated Children’s Books for the book "The City That Chased Away the War", by Antonis Papatheodoulou. Since 2008, Antonis Papatheodoulou and Eleni Katsama have been sharing the joy of exploring children’s literature in the online magazine "The Duckling in the Bathtub" (www. Papakistimpaniera.gr). Part of the magazine was published in the Free Press book magazine, BookPress.
