Helen Stephens

Helen Stephens is an illustrator of countless children’s books. She is best known for her How to Hide a Lion series, which was a huge success and was adapted for the stage by the Polka Theatre Company in London.
Among other things, Helen has illustrated stories for some of her favourite authors, including Roger McGough, Michael Morpurgo, Sophie Hannah, Holly Webb, and Cecile Aubry. She lives on the windswept coast of Northumberland, England, with her family.
