"...With this book, Alexandros Kostopoulos, beyond his contribution to understanding the functioning of the structures that shaped the post-war international environment, demonstrates the timeless nature of some of the administrative pathologies and institutional shortcomings that have hindered and continue to hinder Greece’s full integration into conditions of normality, rendering it hostage to a situation that has been characterised as ‘Greek exceptionalism."
