Sergio del Molino

Sergio del Molino was born in Madrid in 1979. He is a writer and journalist. He has published eight novels and six essays. His novel *La hora violeta* (2013), a poignant love letter to his lost son, was awarded the Ojo Crítico and Tigre Juan prizes. His now iconic essay La España vacía (2016) was awarded the Cálamo Prize and the Madrid Booksellers’ Essay Prize. His hybrid novel *The Skin*, his first work in Greek, was published by Ikaros in 2021. His books are published in more than fifteen countries, in English, French, Italian, German and Chinese, among others.
