George Maniotis

Born in Athens in 1951. He studied law at the University of Thessaloniki. His well-known plays include: ‘The Match’, ‘Common Sense’, ‘Lessons’, ‘The Pit of Sin’, "The Spouses", "Krystallo Dances the Mambo", "A Sedentary Life", "Holidays in Ouranoupoli", "Order and Disorder", etc. His well-known prose works include: "The Unknown Soldier" (mystery novella), "The Black Fairy Tales" (fairy tales for adults), "The Terrible Protection" (novel), "Here Are the Wheels, Mum" (short stories), "The Winter Repertoire", "The Spring Repertoire" (thriller), "The Cunning Path" (novel), "Adrenaline Always High" (novel), "Sappho’s Santes" (short stories), "Dad’s Lawn" (novel), "A Cow with Wings" (novel), "Forty Waves" (novel).
