Richard Jones

Richard Jones grew up in Leamington Spa before moving to Devon to study Illustration at the University of Plymouth in Exeter – and never went home again! After completing his studies, he stayed on to complete his PhD. Whilst working on his thesis, he took a ‘temporary job’ at Exeter Central Library and somehow ended up working there for more than ten years. When he’s not in his office, he enjoys pottering by the sea, swimming in rivers, walking in the woods, listening to audiobooks on the bus and spending time with his cat. He now works as an author and illustrator.
