Léonor de Récondo
AuthorLéonor de Récondo was born in 1976 in Paris into a family of artists, with a mother who was a painter and a father who was a sculptor. She began playing the violin at the age of five. Since then, she has enjoyed a brilliant musical career with international performances and recordings, with a focus on Baroque music. She made her debut as an author in 2010 with the novel La Grâce du cyprès blanc. This was followed by seven more novels, including Amours (2015, Grand Prix RTL-Lire and Prix des Libraires), Point cardinal (2017, Prix du roman des étudiants France Culture-Télérama), La Leçon de ténèbres (2020, Prix Ève Delacroix from the Académie Française) and Revenir à toi (2021).
